Lemon Lover!

Lemon flavors are some of my favorite to play with in both sweet and savory dishes. I brush this lemon olive oil on salmon with the dill and lemon herb blend for a quick and easy meal. I also have tossed spaghetti in a little of the lemon oil, a little pecorino cheese, and fresh cracked pepper. It is so simple but so good! I have also substituted the lemon olive oil for the oil called for in a lemon cake recipe and it turned out great. There were lots of lemon flavors to love!
