1 thin pizza crust
4 mozzarella cheese sticks
2 Tbsp. melted butter
French Pantry™ Herb Blend of your choice
Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling

Roul’Pat®, small Bonmat™, Perforated Baking Sheet, Pastry Brush, Herb Blends
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Roll out the pizza dough on a Roul’Pat® into a rectangle or square using the beechwood rolling pin. Gently score the dough to divide it into 2 ½ inch squares.
Cut each cheese stick into 4 pieces.
Place a piece of cheese in the center of the pizza dough square and form the dough around the cheese.
Roll gently in your hands to create a ball and set aside on the Roul’Pat®. Repeat until all the cheese is used.
Place a small Bonmat™ on a small Perforated Baking Sheet. Then use the prepared dough balls and arrange them in the shape of a pine tree. (Refer to the image for design inspiration)
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with a herb blend if you want to add more flavor. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with Pizza Sauce.
