Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Mangos, quartered
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, quartered
  • ½ Red Onion, halved
  • ¼ cup packed fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded
  • ¼ cup fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Tahitian Lime Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Place the Mangos, Onion, Bell Pepper, Cilantro, and Jalapeño into the Eco Chop and give it 4 – 6 pulls so that the ingredients are finely chopped.
  2. Next, transfer to a serving bowl and add the Mango White Balsamic and Tahitian Lime Oil. Mix well. Season to taste with Salt.
